About the Owner
Crystol's Exquisite Catering has been serving Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia since 1989. Crystol's is owned and operated by the world-renowned, 5-star Chef A. L. Harvèy, who is a 36-year veteran of fine cooking. Chef Harvèy's education includes studying at the Culinary Institutes of New York and Chicago and working with top 5-star Northeast Florida chefs and educators of culinary arts. These culinary greats include: Chef John Wright, Chef Oscar Toby, Chef Isadore Singleton and Chef Vincent Jones. Chef Harvey's experience includes working at such fine restaurants as: The Tree Steak House of Mandarin, Slider's Restaurant, the Sheraton Saint Johns and New York's famous, Tavern on the Green.
While Chef Harvèy specializes in American and French cuisines, he can prepare other exotic dishes from afar as well. Chef Harvèy has vast experience preparing Italian, Spanish and Cajun foods, as well as, a wide variety of other foods such as: aged rib-eye, steamship round, a variety of seafood, pasta, hors d'oeuvres and much more.
Chef Harvèy runs Crystol's as a family oriented business, treating his employees and his clients like family. A new addition to Chef Harvèy's family is his grandson, Reid Alvin Holliman along with his eldest grandson Ryan Holliman.
About Our Services
Crystol's provides first-class, customer-oriented service that is more than a step above restaurant fare. We offer everything from a backyard barbecue to a Black Tie Affair. We provide on-site catering, custom-made menus to fit any budget, and limousine service. Our dedicated staff and fleet of company vans give us the capability to serve up to 1,500 guests at a time.
Our customers soon learn that fine food is only a small part of what Crystol's has to offer. Not only can we coordinate theme music, special lighting, fresh flowers and ice sculptures, but we can also provide full set up services complete with linens, bridal arches and more. We have taken catering to a new plateau by providing decorations, all rental items, including tables, chairs, tablecloths and centerpieces in a full service package as an economical alternative for our clients.
