"When we come", said Chef Harvéy, " we come not just with food - we come with a show!" We don't just serve food, we entertain your mouth as well. Some of the more lavish events involve theme music, colorful banners, lights, fresh flowers, ice sculptures, full set designs and up to three changes of clothing for Harvéy. His most dramatic presentation: dressed in tailored chef attire, he steps into the party venue and prepares a tableside meal for the guest of honor.
